We also believe in transparent costing of the home,our builder’s fees show as a separate line item on the invoice, no hidden charges. We invoice our clients weekly and they pay exactly what we pay, all trade discounts earned by Hartley Homes are passed directly to the homeowner with proof of the supplier’s invoice and visual confirmation of work in progress for every project
